Golf courses in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern may reopen
After the general contact restrictions as part of the measures against the coronavirus remain in place until May 3, as announced by Angela Merkel on Wednesday, the state governments are taking different approaches when it comes to leisure activities. So there is good news for golfers in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern: Golfing is allowed again here from April 20. This was announced by the state government of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern on Thursday evening (source: Golfpost.de)
The decision by Rhineland-Palatinate applies equally to Saarland. According to the Saarbrücker Zeitung, from Monday it will also be possible to play sports on “previously closed outdoor sports facilities – but only in pairs or with people from your own household”. (Source: Golfpost.de)
