Golf Tech sees itself as a competent full-service provider for sports retailers, pro store operators, golf course owners and green keepers.
The Pro Shop portfolio includes brands such as BIG MAX, ZOOM, MacGregor, Oscar Jacobsen, Stuburt, Pitchfix, Toursticks, Powerbilt, Softspike and many more. The E-Z-GO, Range Servant, Par Aide, Standard Golf and Dura Range brands are sold in the range of course equipment. Textron’s range of machines is distributed by its sister companies Gemac and Golf Tech Maschinen GmbH in Germany, Poland and Switzerland.
All golf activities extend to Germany, Austria, the USA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Hungary, Poland, Croatia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and the Baltic States.
Golf Tech is part of a European group of companies with over 150 employees and an annual turnover of more than 70 million US dollars, the TCR Group.
2021
Golf Tech joins the leading English golf importer “World Wide Golf Brands” in England.(https://www.linkedin.com/company/worldwide-golf-brands-ltd/about/). This with the clear aim of further expanding its market position in the UK even after Brexit.
Without further ado, the decision was made to seize the opportunity and work together with the leading English supplier and producer of golf and functional clothing, Oskar Jacobsen Golf https://www.oscarjacobsongolf.co.uk, Stuburt Golf https://stuburt.com/ and the owner of the traditional brand Mac Gregorformerly owned by Greg Norman, to strengthen and expand its resources.
2014
Since the beginning of 2014, Golf Tech has also been distributing the globally successful brand in America. BIG MAX – the European market leader for golf trolleys, golf bags and travel covers – and has been distributing the BIG MAX range in the USA since January 2014 via the newly founded subsidiary BIG MAX USA Ltd, based in Seattle.
2013
With Gemac GmbH, the Swiss specialist for lawn care machines as well as municipal and cleaning technology based in Büron, Golf Tech was able to find a perfect partner for the field equipment sector in March 2013 and thus cover the entire German-speaking market in Europe.
2011
Golf Tech Golftrading LTD was founded in England in 2011, opening up a new market for the company’s own sales. The main focus of the UK branch is on the sale of BIG MAX products, and other new brands and products have also been added to the Golf Tech range.
2007
Since 2007, Golf Tech Deutschland has been successfully operating the distribution of the pro store and course equipment range in Germany as a subsidiary with 8 sales employees.

The BIG MAX brand was founded in 1994 and is now the global market leader for golf trolleys and golf bags. BIG MAX is represented in all European countries as well as in Australia, New Zealand, Africa, Japan, Korea, South America and the USA via its own sales subsidiaries.

Founded in 1988 by Thomas Reiter, Golf Tech is now one of the world’s leading golf equipment suppliers. As one of the few importers, our range extends to the pro store as well as the court equipment and machine sector. With our extensive range – in conjunction with a highly committed and motivated team – Golf Tech is now Europe’s largest independent golf distributor and a full-service provider in the golf sector.
