With deep sadness and fond memories, we bid farewell to our valued friend and longtime comrade-in-arms Ralf Niesing. It was with deep dismay that we learned that he passed away after a long, serious illness. He leaves a void that will be difficult to fill.

Ralf dedicated his life to the company and was a role model for all of us. For more than two decades, he has shaped our company significantly with his extraordinary diligence and his passion for our joint projects. His dedication and expertise have been invaluable and have been instrumental in making our BIG MAX and Zoom brands what they represent today.

Through his role model function, Ralf not only inspired our employees, but also our customers again and again. He embodied everything we stood for as a company: perfection, ambition and above all the love of golf. He always radiated enthusiasm in his daily work and was able to transfer this passion to others.

In addition to his professional competence and the immense knowledge about the subject of golf, Ralf was characterized above all by his nature as a person. He was always helpful, patient and had an open ear for everyone. He was recognized by his peers for his warm personality, honesty and ability to bring out the best in everyone.

With his death we not only lose a comrade-in-arms, but above all a friend who will be missed by all of us. However, the memories of the shared moments will always accompany us and remind us how much he shaped our company.

In memory of Ralf, we would like to continue his legacy together and, in his spirit, continue to run the company successfully and with the same passion for golf that he exemplified to us.

Our deepest condolences go to his wife Doro and his son Mika and all his relatives. We want to send our sincere condolences to them at this difficult time and let them know that they are not alone.  Ralf, you have not only enriched us professionally, but also personally.

We are grateful for the time we spent together and will always remember you fondly. Rest in peace dear friend.

Thomas Reiter and his family and the entire Golf Tech team
