1. general
These terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to all business relations between us and the buyer. Deviating agreements, in whatever form, are only binding if they have been confirmed by us in writing.
2. offer
The articles specified by us are subject to change in price, quantity and delivery time, prices in Euro excl. VAT. The indicated sales prices are non-binding and recommended retail prices.
3. reservation of title
Our goods shall remain our property until full payment of the purchase price and ancillary claims. If bills of exchange or checks are accepted, payment shall not be deemed to have been made until they have been finally honored. Ancillary claims include, in particular, the costs of packaging, freight, insurance, bank charges, reminder fees, legal fees, court costs and other costs. In the case of current accounts, the retention of title shall serve as security for our balance claim. Goods already paid for shall remain our property as long as we still have any claims against the customer.
4th delivery
Dispatch is at the expense and risk of the recipient from the Vienna warehouse while stocks last.
5 Cancellation
If orders placed in the pre-order or delivery dates are canceled, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the order value. Cancellation of the order is not possible with Logoware.
6. conditions
The prices quoted by us are in euros plus postage costs and statutory VAT. We grant a 2% discount for payment within 10 days of the invoice date and a net cash discount within 30 days of the invoice date. Items marked N/N (=net/net) are net prices for which no cash discount can be deducted and which are due immediately.
7 Complaints and returns
Complaints must be made within 6 days of receipt of the goods. Transport damage must be confirmed immediately by the carrier (post office, parcel service or forwarding agent). Replacement deliveries are only guaranteed free of charge if the manufacturing defects are clearly identified. Returns will only be accepted after prior agreement by telephone and quoting a complaint number provided by us. Returns must always be shipped FREE of charge.
8. compensation for damages
Claims for damages of any kind against us are excluded, unless gross negligence on our part can be proven. In any case, we shall only be liable for damages up to the amount invoiced for the goods. No liability is assumed for consequential damages or purely financial losses.
9. guarantee
We do not guarantee that the marketing of the goods supplied by us will not infringe the trademark, design, copyright or other rights of third parties.
10. place of jurisdiction
Place of jurisdiction Vienna.
