Company History
Over 35 years of passion for golf – thinking in generations, not quarters
A Journey Through Time
The name Golf Tech carries its founder's passion for technology within it: Thomas Reiter started the company in 1988 alongside his studies, importing hard-to-find US and UK products – with the ambition of bringing technology and golf together. Today, with Maximilian Reiter, the second generation already carries responsibility.
Founded by Thomas Reiter
Thomas Reiter, then a student at the Vienna University of Economics, founds Golf Tech Golfartikelvertriebs GmbH as an importer of hard-to-find US and UK products. Today Golf Tech is among the world's leading golf outfitters – with an offering spanning pro shop, course equipment and machinery.
