TODAY
The Pro Shop portfolio includes BIG MAX, Caddietech, Hirzl, Super Stroke, JoeJo Golf, Voit, Tourstriker, Powerbilt, F2, Softspike, Zoom and more.
The space equipment range includes the brands EZGO, Range Servant, Par Aide, Standard Golf, Dura Range. The machine range is distributed by our office in Münster (Golf Tech Maschinenvertriebs GmbH).
Golf Tech is part of a European group of companies with over 150 employees and more than $ 70 million in annual revenue, the TCR Group.
2021
Golf Tech joins the leading English golf importer “World Wide Golf Brands” in England. (https://www.linkedin.com/company/worldwide-golf-brands-ltd/about/). This was done with the clear aim of expanding the market position in the UK even further after Brexit.
It was decided without further ado to seize the opportunity and strengthen and expand resources together with the leading English supplier and producer of golf and functional clothing, Oskar Jacobsen Golf (https://www.oscarjacobsongolf.co.uk/), Stuburt Golf https://stuburt.com/ and the owner of the traditional brand Mac Gregor, formerly owned by Greg Norman.

Since the beginning of 2014, Golf Tech has also been active in America selling the globally successful brand BIG MAX – the European market leader for golf trolleys, golf bags and travel covers – and has been selling the BIG MAX program in the USA since January 2014 via the newly founded subsidiary BIG MAX USA Ltd. based in Seattle.

In March 2013, with the Gemac GmbH, the Swiss specialist for lawn care machines and municipal and cleaning technology based in Büron, Golf Tech was able to find a perfect partner for the space equipment area and thus cover the entire German-speaking market in Europe.

In January 2012, the TTC – The Turf Care Company, which emerged from the German Ransomes branch, which was founded 50 years ago in Münster, emerged, integrated into the Golf Tech family and has since been operating as Golf Tech Maschinenvertriebs GmbH. Since the company has many years of experience in municipal and golf course technology, the resulting synergies could be used optimally to position itself even more strongly on the market as a provider of golf course and garden maintenance machines.

Golf Tech Golfing LTD was founded in England in 2011, opening up a new self-marketing market. The main focus of the English branch is the distribution of the BIG MAX products. In addition, the foundation also includes other new brands and products in the Golftech range.

Golf Tech Germany has existed since 2007 and successfully operates the distribution of the Pro Shop and equipment range in Germany as a subsidiary with 8 sales employees.

The brand BIG MAX was founded in 1994, today the world leader in golf trolleys and golf bags. BIG MAX has its own sales subsidiaries in all European countries, as well as in Australia, New Zealand, Africa, Japan and Korea, South America and in the USA.

Founded in 1988 by Thomas Reiter, Golf Tech is today one of the leading golf outfitters worldwide. As one of the few importers our offer extends to the Pro Shop as well as to the equipment and machine area. With our extensive offer – in conjunction with a very dedicated and motivated team – Golf Tech is now Europe’s largest independent golf distributor and a full service provider in the golf sector.
