With deep sadness and loving memories, we have to say goodbye to our valued friend and long-time comrade-in-arms Ralf Niesing, who passed away after a long, difficult illness that was endured with infinite patience. He leaves a gap that will be difficult to fill.
Ralf dedicated his life to the company and was a role model for all of us. For more than two decades, he has significantly shaped our company with his extraordinary hard work and passion for our joint projects. His dedication and expertise have been invaluable and have played a key role in making our BIG MAX and Zoom brands what they represent today.
Through his role model role, Ralf has continually inspired not only our employees, but also our customers. He embodied everything we stand for and stood for as a company: perfection, ambition and, above all, the love of golf. He always radiated enthusiasm in his daily work and was able to pass on this passion to others.
In addition to his professional competence and immense knowledge of the subject of golf, Ralf was particularly distinguished by his nature as a human being. He was always helpful, patient and had an open ear for everyone. His colleagues appreciated him for his warm nature, his honesty and his ability to bring out the best in everyone.
With his death we not only lose a companion, but above all a friend who will be missed by all of us. However, the memories of the moments we shared will always be with us and remind us of how much he shaped our company.
In memory of Ralf, we would like to continue his legacy together and, in his spirit, continue to run the company successfully and with the same passion for golf that he exemplified for us.
Our deepest condolences go out to his wife Doro, his son Mika and all his relatives. We would like to express our sincere condolences to them during this difficult time and let them know that they are not alone.
Ralf, you have not only enriched us professionally, but also personally. Thank you for the time we spent together, we will always remember you fondly and fondly.
Rest in peace, dear friend.
Thomas Reiter and his family and the entire Golf Tech team
